The job opportunity
We are hiring Italian speakers for a fully remote customer experience position with one of our multinational corporate clients. The work is straightforward: you handle incoming calls, emails, and online requests, give clear information about products, services, orders, deliveries, billing, and account setup, solve basic issues, and pass more complex cases to the right team.
This is a fully remote remote role within Greece, with structured training, clear procedures, and stable demand for Italian-speaking support. Strong communication skills, reliable computer use, and solid English are essential.
